How long does a Tennessee apostille take?
Timing depends on the Secretary of State; the full process usually takes one to three weeks.
Can you apostille a record from another state?
The apostille must be issued by the state that produced the document. We can guide you through it.
Is an apostille valid for Mexico?
Yes. Mexico is part of the Hague Convention and accepts apostilled documents.
Do you draft the power of attorney?
We cannot draft documents or advise on legal content. We notarize the document you already have prepared.
Will the POA work in my home country?
Usually yes, but it typically needs an apostille and a translation. We can handle both.
Are witnesses required?
It depends on the document and the destination country. Please review the form before your appointment.
Can you write the statement for me?
We cannot draft the content. You bring the text and we administer the oath and notarize it.
Can the statement be in Spanish?
Yes, and if the institution requires English we can provide a certified translation.
Can it be notarized at my home?
Yes, we offer mobile service in Nashville and nearby areas.
Do both parents need to sign?
It depends on the airline and destination country. When both have custody, having both sign is safest.
Does it need an apostille?
Many countries require one for international travel. We can handle it along with the notarization.
How far in advance should I do this?

Can you write the letter for me?
